Who Make the CLEP Tests?
CLEP stands for College-Level Examination Program
CLEP is created and administered by the friendly people at the Collegeboard.com,
Inc. They have another name called Educational Testing
Services. I'm not exactly sure what the relationship is. I
think ETS owns the Collegeboard.com.
Anyway what you need to know is before taking any CLEP exam you should
visit their
website. It has a ton of useful information.
First you can find a detailed explanation of the
exam.
You can also locate testing centers close to
you. On there site they sell the Individual Study Guides and the Official
Study Guide. Remember if you plan on taking more then one
exam then the Official Study guide may be a good investment. I
don't recomend the Individual Study Guides. They are over priced
for what you get.
Another great thing you can get there is a free
test sampler. This isn't going to give you information
specific to your exam but it will familurize you with the test format.
